Right of Withdrawal (Return Period)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your order within the 14-day period. Please follow the instruction.
You must return the item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
The item(s) must meet our return condition requirements listed above.
Refund for legal Right of withdrawal
We refund the product price only.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that if you return an item from a non-EU-country, any customs duties or import fees incurred during the return process will be charged to the customer.
