Discount coupons & gift cards cannot be used together with other discounts in the webshop.
In case of typographical errors, delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about the issue.
Payment
In our webshop, you can order your goods online and pay via:
• Visa Card
• MasterCard (fees according to applicable rates)
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is charged to your card only when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. Then, you will pay your monthly installment on the last weekday of the following month, and for the next three months.
No fees or interest will be applied to your purchase as long as you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled.
All prices at GroomUs on the website www.bycbk.com are inclusive of VAT. Except for countries outside the EU, where prices are shown excluding VAT.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
The payment solution complies with applicable legislation and security standards.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer when you shop with us. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount for visible usage marks or similar that can reduce the value of the product.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification can be made by email or by using the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the end of the terms and conditions. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You will bear the costs associated with returning the product.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing the delivery of the goods without also giving us clear notice of this.
Return
You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs of returning the product. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.
Missing or damaged original packaging will result in depreciation. To ensure you receive a full refund, it is recommended that the product be returned in its intact original packaging.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of sealed goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Condition of the Product When Returning It
If the product has lost value because you have used it in a manner other than what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you can only get part of the purchase amount refunded. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product.
We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the amount the product cost, minus shipping. In case of depreciation for which you are responsible, the depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your goods to us without unnecessary delay. The product must, in any case, be with us no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will check the condition of the product, and the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to this address.
It is also possible to return the product in person by appointment at the address.
Warranty
When you shop with us as a private consumer, you have a 24-month warranty, and as a business customer, you have a 12-month warranty. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the claim is justified, and that the defect has not occurred due to improper use of the product or other damage-causing behavior.
You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the product. If you claim within two months after discovering the defect, the claim will always be considered timely.
The product must always be returned in secure packaging, and be sure to get a receipt for shipping so we can trace your package if it is lost by the shipping company.
When returning the product, please describe the problem as detailed as possible.
The warranty does not cover improper use of our products.

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we require the following information:

We collect your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

Your personal data is registered with CBK Show Suits and stored for five years, after which the data will be deleted. We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your data.
